About Confluence

Our company

Founded in 2001, Confluence is a woman-owned business headquartered in Washington, DC with a west coast office in downtown Los Angeles.

Our name represents the coming together of the founders’ three goals: (1) leveraging our expertise in technology services, (2) applying our talents to help those who help others, and (3) satisfying our entrepreneurial inclinations.

Confluence serves on boards and encourages a spirit of volunteerism among employees. We donate our time and energy to various causes and we regularly publish articles, attend events, speak at trade shows, and generally serve as a professional resource to nonprofit and business leaders.

Staff

Confluence’s staff includes 30 full time professionals and another dozen dedicated consultants. Our staff hold a variety of Salesforce.com and other certifications.

As important as our technical proficiency is our expertise in requirements analysis, cost estimation, project management, quality assurance, and customer support. All this ensures your project be completed successfully and efficiently.
