Confluence is one of a handful of Authorized Convio Service Providers, providing expert customization services for Convio’s Salesforce-based Common Ground CRM product. We provide a range of consulting and deployment services around this system.

Common Ground is a complete donor and volunteer management solution that tracks the details of relationships — from prospects to donors, staff to volunteers, partners to vendors, board members and event participants — in a single database. Common Ground is built on the Salesforce.com platform and delivered via the Internet.

Convio’s Common Ground provides support for fundraising (appeals, major campaigns,etc.), events, and volunteers.

Common Ground pricing

• For 1-10 licenses, the price is $100 per user, per month; minimum purchase of 2 licenses. This includes unlimited support and access to Convio’s resource center with training tutorials, client community, and all product upgrades.
• For organizations that need more than 10 users, Convio will provide a quote.
