Modules

  • Organization Contact/Attribute Management: This module stores basic information on organizations, customized to your particular needs. There is support for different branches of the same organization that may have different locations. Organizations have attributes like individuals – for example, they may be corporate contributors or member companies.

  • Individual Contact/Attribute Management: The individual contact/attribute management module stores basic contact information about individuals – including links to relevant organizations, such as their employer. Individuals can have multiple affiliations. Contact records can be “role-based” or “individual based”, enabling letters to go to the “Director of Community Relations” or “John Smith”.

  • Organization/Individual Association Tracking: Tracking functions are used to record contact or status with either an individual or an organization. For example: recording all contacts with an organization, the last time an organization was contacted about sponsorship, or automatically recording emails sent to an individual or organization.

  • Organization and Individual Mailing List Management: Automatically send to targetted subsets of the database, depending on the mailing. Automatically generate the mailing labels with no duplicates – even if an individual is BOTH a volunteer AND a member. You can add or change your mailing lists as your needs change. Create and maintain email (and fax) mailing lists. Send out personalized mass emails, or generate personalized form letters.

  • Organization and Individual Membership/Dues Management: If your organization has members that pay dues, whether organizational, individual or both, Mission Control automates the business processes. Personalized membership renewal letters can be printed out, or lists of outstanding dues be generated.

  • Organization and Individual Pledge/Donation Tracking: Record and manage pledges and/or donations for either organizations or individuals. Notices can be automatically generated when the pledge is due (or overdue), and thank you letters generated once a donation is received. Generate a number of reports to provide information on donors.

  • Grants Management: Keep track of when grant proposals are due, when the expected award date is, the amount of the grant, the purpose of the grant and related information. Stores information such as the grant period, the actual amount funded, when funding is expected, and when reports are due. The system can issue reminders when grant reports are coming up, and generate the information required by the grantor.

  • Event Attendance Tracking: Track expected and actual attendance. Generate nametags, attendance signup sheets and attendance reports.

  • Committee Management: Mission Control provides functions specific to the management of multiple committees to ease the administrative burden of this function.

  • Link to Accounting: Mission Control can interface directly to your accounting system so there is no need to “double enter” financial data.
