For Wired For Change, Confluence integrated the Salsa platform with the Zendesk ticketing system. This included branding / template modifications for a consistent site appearance, the creation of a web form for submission directly into Salsa, bi-directional authentication, creation of profiles in footers and import from a previous ticketing system.
