The days of online marketing as one-way communication via your organization or company’s website are over.
Confluence has expertise in the development of social media strategy—researching appropriate social media channels for the audience, developing an editorial/content strategy and calendar, and teaching clients how to use social media to listen to their audience. Social media is dependent on online tools, but it is, at its core, engaging with the audience in a conversational and personal manner that was not possible in the past. We work with clients to help facilitate this conversation.
Reputation management is also a key component of many social media projects. If your organization is not listening or responding to negative social comments, brand and trust damage can occur. Confluence can monitor the web for both positive and negative commentary on your organization or product.
